Art Therapy with Anna Lamberz

In the encounter with color, we explore visual approaches together that resonate with you. Following your perception and impulses creates space for new perspectives—not only on paper.

The experiences you gain and internalize through painting also influence your everyday life. On this mindful, creative journey, I accompany you with my experience as a painter and my strong belief in the healing potential that arises from working with color.

It has been shown that this process can be experienced online with the same intensity as in a live session.

Art Therapy with a Focus on Color

My art therapy medium is color, as I have worked with it extensively as a painter. Between emotionally influenced interpretation and detached observation, the true potential of color unfolds. By exploring and connecting with its qualities, clients also discover their own resources. Especially in abstract painting, color, form, and dynamics are intensely perceived, fostering concentration on the creative process. This allows key themes to quickly become tangible.

Goals of Art Therapy

  • Mindfulness of one’s own perception
  • Translating healthy impulses into the artwork
  • Trust in the creative process and self-healing potential
  • Development of new behaviors in daily life
  • Conscious connection with internal and external resources

By reviewing the chronological sequence of created artworks, clients can trace their processes, recognize their progress, and discover new qualities within themselves and their paintings. This distanced perspective helps reduce feelings of helplessness and strengthens self-confidence.
